We will contact you via Whatsapp within 12 hours upon receiving your order. We will provide you with the payment methods and instructions. You will receive our confirmation message after completing payment.
A security deposit of $1000 is held for each rental order.
Security deposit will be returned upon return of items in good condition.
If an item is stained, a cleansing fee of $100 will be charged (except forr utensils).
4. In case of any damage or loss, customer will be charged the full price of the item(s).
Items are normally returned on the same day. If you would like to return on the next day, please let us know during reservation.
Our picnicware is allocated on a first-pay, first-served basis. Book early to secure the items you want!
We can reschedule your booking for free.
Please let us know at least 24 hours before the pick-up time if you would like to reschedule your booking. We will arrange for it as far as possible.
Please let us know at least 3 hours before the pick-up time if you would like to change it. We will arrange for it as far as possible.
We will provide sealed containers and disinfecting wipes for you. Simply remove the leftovers from the tableware and put into the sealed container. We will clean the tableware after you return it.
We will perform thorough inspection and cleaning after picnicware is returned. We will check the conditions of each item before renting them again.
We would help you reschedule your picnic as far as possible. If circumstances do not allow, we can arrange full reimbursement for you.
